Loud, sassy, and relentless, the Rude Parrot has insatiable appetite for hops! Brewed with Vienna, light Crystal, and a touch of Honey malt, this golden hued IPA is aggressively hopped with Simcoe and Citra hops. A big juicy, tropical fruit, citrusy hop aroma yields way to an off dry, pleasantly bitter finish.

Ginger Rye Ale
This beer falls into the “specialty” category, but it’s based off an American Pale Ale and inspired by a delicious cocktail called the “Moscow Moose”. The ginger is present, yet subtle as is the rye. The wild card is the use of limes, which shine through on the finish. This is an adventurous beer and a staple of our brewery.
Classic Light Lager
This is your classic, easy drinking light lager beer — light in flavor, alcohol, and calories. While it may be an American macro brewery standard, it’s better when brewed in small batches without corn and rice. Pours a very pale gold with a rocky white head. For a great taste that won’t fill you up and never let you down, reach for a Classic Light Lager.

We took an unassuming pale ale and turned the screws a bit with additions of dried blueberries, vanilla bean and organic mountain-grown catnip. The result is an easy drinking pale ale that finishes like this morning's blueberry muffin. Be sure to hide the cats, they might take a shine to this one.

This brew is a collaboration between Ghostfish Brewing and Revelations Brewing (Rehoboth Beach, DE).

We braved the mountains, rivers and fields of southeast Asia to find the perfect Galangal, Thai Ginger root. Blended with a sweet hard cider made from PacNW apples, the result is a woody, earthy, piney, and yes gingery cider equally at home in front of a holiday fireplace as it is at a summer BBQ.
