  1. Fresh Hop IPA

    • This super seasonal IPA is a Two Beers tradition not to be missed.  A brewery wide field trip provides us with some of the first hops of the Yakima Valley hop harvest. The result is a intoxicatingly aromatic IPA that's new and exciting every year.

  2. Seattle Cider: Dry Cider

    • One of the driest ciders on the market. The golden orange glow of this unique unfiltered cider lends way to notes of lilac, blood orange and green apple on the nose. Dry and pleasantly acidic, flavors of nectarine, under ripe peach and tart cherry hit the palate with no residual sweetness.

    • The BeakTweaker is Black Raven’s seasonal IPA release. Built on a firm base of barley and rye malts, the BeakTweaker features bold citrus flavors and aromatics. A firm bitterness combines with citrus hop characteristics accented by the addition of black lemon, orange peel and lemon peel.

    • A German inspired light-bodied black ale dominated by roasty, burnt caramel and toffee notes. Northwest hops add a non-traditional citrus and resin character to result in a rich, yet surprisingly light-bodied and smooth dark ale.

    • A golden colored German style ale with a light-medium body, Herman grown malts provide a sweet grainy aroma and flavor that’s balanced with a subtle sweetness character which adds complexity as the beer finishes.

    • A Totally Nebular IPA - Great Western premium two-row, combined with c-15 and Dextri-Pils, give this beer a bright and galactic Milky Way hue.  The hopping is pure starglow energy, with Chinook to bitter and late and dry additions of Citra and Amarillo.  Space Dust is out of this world!

  2. Night Owl Pumpkin Ale

    • Our Original Pumpkin Ale - Night Owl is brewed with over 7 lbs. of pumpkin per barrel and includes seven different malt varieties, green and roasted pumpkin seeds, and pumpkin in the mash, boil and fermenter. Bittered with Magnum hops and spiced in conditioning with nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, ginger and allspice.

  1. Workhorse IPA

    • Workhorse is, hands down, our biggest seller! This is an extremely well balanced yet super flavorful IPA brewed in the West Coast style. The over-the-top aroma comes from a heavy handed dose of hops in the kettle, hop back, and 2 separate dry-hop additions. A slightly sweet finish helps balance the hop bitterness and creates an ale that is both big on flavor yet remains quite drinkable.

  2. Portlandia Pilsner

    • When creating Portlandia Pils, we set out to create a lager that has its heart in the Northwest. This beer has a firm bitterness with flavor and aroma impressions of pine, citrus and fresh cut grass which is the signature of American hops while still on their best behavior. A new classic, a NW Pilsner with all the implied contradictions.

    • This traditional unfiltered Bavarian Style Hefeweizen was brewed with 50% wheat. The German yeast strain used produces flavors of banana & cloves, notes of apple, and a moderate level of alcohol. This hefeweizen has a thick creamy collar of foam and is deliciously refreshing.

  1. Fat Tire Amber Ale

    • Named in honor of our co-founder's bike trip through Europe, FAT TIRE AMBER ALE marks a turning point in the young electrical engineer's home brewing. Belgian beers use a far broader palette of ingredients (fruits, spices, esoteric yeast strains) than German or English styles. Together with co-founder Kim Jordan, they traveled around sampling their homebrews to the public. Fat Tire won fans with its sense of balance: toasty, biscuit-like malt flavors coasting in equilibrium with hoppy freshness. Fat Tire: Pairs well with people.

  2. Citradelic Tangerine IPA

We use fresh pressed juice from a blend of NW grown culinary apples such as Honeycrisp, Granny Smith, Jonagold, Gala, and Golden Delicious, carefully ferment them with a yeast that preserves their subtle characteristics, give the cider time to develop to its full potential, then bottle or keg at just the right time. Just off dry, light, clean, refreshing, with a pleasant finish.
